Italian base pizzas: The Italian pizza base from Hilcona is very thin. The edges have the typical, irregular curves and discolouration that you’ll recognise from your favourite pizzeria. These bases are baked in stone ovens at very high temperatures.

American base pizzas: A few years ago, a different type of pizza dough came from America and since then, it’s developed a lot of fans in Europe. The approximately 15-20mm thick dough base is very light and crispy and has a pale colour.
