Hilcona in Europe

Our markets. Hilcona is a leading supplier of convenience products in its domestic market of Switzerland / Liechtenstein. In 1988 expansion in Europe began with the establishment of a subsidiary in Germany, followed by a branch in France in 1991.

Both subsidiaries are responsible for sales in Europe. Today the most important export markets are Germany, France, Austria, the UK and Benelux.

Hilcona’s headquarters are in Schaan, Liechtenstein. We employ the majority of our workers here – 670 staff.

From preserved foods to fresh produce market leader

It all started over 70 years ago, when Toni Hilti set up a preserved food factory in Principality of Liechtenstein. That was the start of an exciting and unique success story, where the Hilcona brand has clearly become number 1 in the refrigerated cabinets.
